The brain is an incredibly powerful and rather stubborn organ that controls the way we make decisions, live, learn, interact, move. From my own experience over the past 28 years I have changed in many different ways. From the way I hold myself, to the way I talk; how I interact with people and move my body.
My life is nowhere near perfect, however I do live everyday with hopes to inspire, motivate and educate others what I've learned along this crazy path called life.

HOW TO START ON YOUR PATH TOWARDS PROSPERITY​
STEP #1: BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL
Booking a 20-30min Discovery Call via Zoom, Phone or in-person sets the tone for our interactions. You will get a good idea of what my expectations are from you as a new client / member of Ridgeline. You will learn more about my story and if nothing else, you will be inspired to start taking the next steps towards prosperity in ALL areas of your life!

STEP #2: APPLICATION
​The Functional Training (FT) Intake Form is a way for me to get to know YOU before we even start the conversation about functional health. This 5 minute questionnaire breaks down essential parts of a healthy life and will pinpoint the areas that may need more attention. After reviewing your answers I will have a better understanding on how to approach your healing journey, which may include an exercise program, nutritional guidance, habit tracking, classes, group programs and/or a referral to other specialists.
STEP #3: HEALTH ASSESSMENT
​Getting your baseline allows us to track specific biomarkers in order for you to see a progression in your health. Not only are we looking at your physical biomarkers such as blood pressure, estimated VO2 max, plank time to exhaustion, weight, etc., but we are also looking at changes in symptoms overtime such as energy levels, sleep, constipation, stiffness, stress etc.

STEP #4: MAKE A PLAN!
The hardest part is putting everything into motion to make sense for the unique individual. This means that every new clients' program looks a little different and may need a little more or less coaching than others. I like to breakdown the programming into two different categories:

The Accountability Client: this is someone who doesn't know what to do and will need 1v1 guidance until confidence is established and self-worth is at the forefront. This client will pay for individuals sessions that may be 1-4x per week.

The Committed Client: this is someone who knows what to do but just needs someones to hold their hand to help establish their new lifestyle habits and reach their goals! This person has also made the shift to think that health is investment, NOT an expense.
